Ray Kroc & Dave Thomas - Meet Pierre Vandamme & Philippe Wyffels

Did you hear the story about the two guys from Europe who moved to Salt Lake City, bought a street food cart, and began peddling fresh hand-made Belgium waffles and fries?

One day, if Pierre Vandamme and Philippe Wyffels have their way, their tale will the the stuff of legends, much like Ray Kroc and McDonalds, and Dave Thomas and Wendy's.

Pierre and Philippe are the co-founders of Bruges Waffles & Frites, which has grown into a booming four-restaurant chain in Utah, and is now expanding to other states across the Mountain West. Relying on authentic Belgium recipes, Bruges Waffles & Frites draws cult-like crowds of customers clamoring for their fast-casual cuisine.

This week on Monday Morning Radio, Pierre and Philippe will whet your appetite for their style of cooking up impressive profits - along with the best darn fries this side of the Atlantic Ocean.

Pierre and Philippe are interviewed by Wizard Academy faculty member Dean Rotbart, an award-winning journalist and veteran broadcaster.

Dean will be teaching his amazing 2-Day Mile High Reputation Tool Chest Workshop in Denver on September 3rd and 4th. The workshop will provide registrants with all the knowledge and training they need to rocket launch their local, national, and even global reputations. These Franchise Owners Have Got 'The Vibe': It's How They Surpassed Every Other Which Wich Restaurant in the System

Why do some franchise stores succeed while so many others stumble or just get by? For a few powerful insights, look at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, a nationwide chain of popular restaurants focused on the “wich,” a customizable sandwich available in more than 50 varieties.

On this week's Monday Morning Radio, Jay Goldstein, partner and chief operating officer for 9 Which Wich outlets, including one location that last year out-sold every other restaurant in the chain, offers his exclusive perspective on the secret business ingredients for success. It’s a recipe that other franchise owners can readily follow, regardless of what sort of business they operate.

Also interviewed is James Pa, vice president of operations for the national Which Wich chain.  Pa sums up the reason for Goldstein’s success this way: “If you believe that you’re going to succeed, you’re going to materialize it. It’s going to crystallize. We call that ‘the vibe.’ They’ve got the vibe.”
